CHANGES AND RETURNS
If you want to change or return the item, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order. Products must be in perfect conditions with its label and purchase ticket and in its original packaging.
Change: in the event of a change for other item of the web site, customer must pay shipping costs. Once we receive the item and check out that it is in perfect conditions, we will proceed to make the change. For it, send us an email with the new article that you want.
Return: in the case of a return, customer must pay shipping costs. Once we approve the return, you will receive a refund amount in the same way that you made the purchase. ByPEPPAS will send you an email confirming that the refund was due.
Defective item: If the item shipped was defective, you must notify us within 7 days of the purchase. Shipping costs will be in charge of ByPEPPAS.
